  2. From what I check out about JPop culture the "fad" has not really gone away. As you know I live on mainland China, hardly the fashion setter for Asia really, and thank God that this shapely gals here do not realize hot pants went out of style over 30 years ago :)

  3. True that. The Japanese are definitely world leaders in mini skirts. Maybe this trend will start spreading to the US like so many other Japanese influences. Dare to dream.
