Magazines #6: CREEM Magazine

The always awesome Retro Hound has posted the entire 1984 CREEM Magazine 15th Anniversary issue for your reading enjoyment. You can download the entire issue here via Rapidshare. Thanks Retro Hound for your contribution to the ever growing collection of vintage goodness. Vintage sharity is aways a good thing, especially when it's got images like this - gotta love that 80s fashion.

  1. Creem was my favorite music mag! I wish they would start back up again, all they have right now is a website.

  2. Gotta love the guy with the eyepatch. Was that a short-lived 80s fad or something?

  3. Hey Gilligan, Thanks for the compliment. I've been a little busy this summer, but have some great stuff planned with more scanning and some analysis.

  7. Several years ago, an official CREEM website appeared with news that they would be a publishing again.

Time passed, the website was dead for a while, then came back.

Last time I looked, there was news of an online version of the magazine coming soon.

I have a few issues. I had a letter in CREEM once.

  8. I'm very sorry, but I've been asked nicely to remove my post with this magazine by Jason Turner at Creem Magazine. He claims that they are trying to relaunch the magazine.
