ReplyDeleteAnitra Ford was absolutely, positively, drop-dead sexy. After getting her start on 'The Price is Right', she did a few B-grade movies like this one, and the best she ever looked, 'The Big Bird Cage'. Then, she retreated into near obscurity as a respected poet and photographer. Just a shame she didn't do more films.
ReplyDeleteI know you did this podcast a while ago, but I just finally got around to listening. Beverly Powers (Mrs. Williams) was by far my favorite babe of Invasion Of The Bee Girls. It seems she is (or at least was) a reverend in Hawaii. I found this YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1igNZpCoor0 and it's definitely her. She still looks excellent, but you may want to put the sound down. You and the Professor did a great podcast of a terrific flick!
