Prepare for a procession of prepossessing peaches as we proudly present a parade of pleasurable pretties all in pink. Enjoy!
The pink pantsuit. Not a fan, I must admit.
Remember Jaye P. Morgan from the Gong Show? This is her former incarnation.... well before she exposed her boobs and got the show in hot water.
I swear Gilligan's Island was inspired by a wet dream. Sherwood Schwartz simply adapted his dream of being stranded on an island with a buxom starlet and a hot farm girl dressed in a halter top and Daisy Dukes. TV magic was born.
Ah yes - it doesn't get much better than a pink aerobics outfit with lace accessories. GLOW was so fabulously 80s - I'm in the process of seeing if I can't get some DVDs and do some posts. Loved that show!
Elizabeth Foxx as the clueless spoiled rich girl in School Spirit - a film we covered in Double Feature #11.
This, from a 1971 issue of Escort magazine - possibly the finest example of pink fashion in this entire post. A one-legged see-through bodysuit with pom-poms. Amazing.
Eye-popping one-legged pink bodysuits are great, but when it comes down to it, perhaps the simplest is the best....
Sassy!
Samantha looking smashing as always in an open-front dress with hotpants. Darrin was such a lucky bastard.
And speaking of lucky bastards...
Jeannie's pink miniskirt is the stuff of legend. You know you're eye-catching when there's a man with the head of a moose, and you barely notice him.
Way back in 2011 in Vintage Reads #27, we covered the Christina books.
A pink tie-dye aerobics outfit - now that's what I call vintage style.
Christina Applegate definitely had out attention back in the day. (insert wolf whistle)
In Miniskirt Monday #188, we took a look at pink minis.
Thanks for including that macramé poncho thing. It keeps us grounded.
ReplyDeleteLove the pink babes. Also enjoy the alliteration.
ReplyDeleteEscort Mag and the "one-legged see-through bodysuit with pom-poms" ... further proof that blondes have great leg(s), LOL
ReplyDeleteSpeechless at the short-haired crocheted Bloom-bedecked cardigan specimen...I remember those knitting and macrame magazine covers - truly appalling.
